Common questions
- Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password?" on the app's login screen — we
email you a reset code.
- Manage or cancel a subscription? Purchases made through the App Store or
Google Play are managed in your store account settings; card subscriptions are
managed in the app under Profile → Subscription.
- Report a user? Use the report button on their profile or in your chat — it's
the fastest way to reach our moderators.
- Delete your account? In the app under Settings, or on the
account deletion page.
